FREE DEMO:  TUESDAY, JUNE  18,  6-7pm @ the Town Hall.

If you enjoy the Demo, you can register for the sessions listed below. 

This is for ages 8 - adult. 

Learn a fun new sport, have fun, get in shape! 

All equipment is provided. 

There will be 2 sessions to register for:

Tues. & Thurs. 4:30-6:00pm @ the Town Hall. 

$40 (plus a $5 membership to USFA).

Enrollment limited to a max of 14/session.   

Session 1:  July 9-18, Reg. by June 25

Session 2:  July 23-Aug. 1, Reg. buy July 18
